We develop individual leasing and investment solutions for retail and other commercial real estate. Our clients are private and institutional investors, fund managers, family offices, project developers and owners of commercial buildings, shopping centres and big box stores nationwide. Today, our core services additionally include a focus on restructuring city centre retail locations and developing mixed-use retail districts. We act quickly and decisively to realise one-time opportunities for our customers and help them make the right decision.
Based in Münster, SQM Property Consulting pursues an exclusive service and consulting approach, enabling us to maintain the maximum possible independence. We are owner-managed and are business-minded partners to our clients. With highly qualified experts from the real estate sector and more than 30 years experience, everything our team does is targeted towards ensuring the success of city centre retail real estate. Everything we think and do is based on traditional, tried and tested values. We identify current retail needs and are quick to spot future trends, and we use these insights to generate a positive impact on real estate development. We are responsible for investments totalling roughly €1.5 billion in value and realising annual rents of around €70 million.
